Chicago Bears fans, do you think the team is back on the right track?

Throughout the year, we ask questions of the most plugged-in Bears fans and fans across the country.

After the Tyson Bagent-led Chicago Bears laid a stinky egg up north, some fans fell off the bandwagon and lost faith that our favorite team was still headed in a positive direction in 2026. But a trip to the Dirty South, coupled with Caleb Williams ' return, has the positivity flowing again.

But Caleb wasn't the only return that made an impact on Sunday in Atlanta, because Kyler Gordon showed exactly why the Bears made him the highest-paid nickelback a couple of seasons ago. Gordon had the game of his life with three sacks, and as he gets back into game condition over the next couple of weeks (and if he stays healthy), we'll continue to see Dennis Allen's vision for the versatile, talented Gordon.

But no talk about returns would be complete without mentioning left tackle Ozzy Trapilo, who looked rusty at times but also flashed the potential we saw in him as a rookie.

Thursday against the New England Patriots will be a tough one, but after that game, the Bears get an extended break and don't play until 11 days later (November 2).

The late bye (Week 10) will give them another chance to regroup and get refreshed for a playoff push.
